Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, service interest, timing and message. Do not place identity numbers, bank details or financial records in that form. If you engage us, the written scope identifies the income, expenditure, credit and supporting records needed.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry information to respond, assess service fit, prepare a quote and keep necessary business records. Engagement information is used to perform the requested audit, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and establish or defend legal claims. Processing is based on contract, legal duty, legitimate interests or consent as applicable under POPIA.
Sharing and international transfers
Information is shared only with authorised personnel, agreed specialist associates and providers supporting secure storage or communications. Some providers may process information outside South Africa. Where that occurs, we use contractual and technical safeguards and assess whether the recipient jurisdiction or agreement provides appropriate protection.
Retention and security
Unconverted enquiries are normally removed after 12 months. Engagement records and invoices are retained for periods required by law; working financial documents are ordinarily deleted within 90 days after final delivery unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer. We apply access controls, encryption where appropriate and secure deletion, but no transmission method is entirely risk-free.
Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction or deletion; object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator. We may need to verify identity before acting. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
