About the practice

Independent eyes on a consequential application

System Compiler Grid examines the household evidence behind a mortgage application before a lending decision turns possibility into obligation.

Why the practice exists

System Compiler Grid began with a recurring observation: buyers often knew the price they might qualify for, yet could not explain how ownership would sit beside school fees, family support, variable earnings or the costs of the property itself.

We established an independent review practice in Sandton to examine that gap. Our work sits before the lender decision. It does not sell a bond, earn commission from a property transaction or replace the bank’s credit assessment.

The people behind each audit

Engagements are led by Thandi Maseko, a financial review practitioner with twelve years of experience examining household expenditure, credit commitments and application evidence. Complex self-employed matters are reviewed with an independent accounting associate where the client agrees to the expanded scope.

Our method is deliberately human. Transaction categories are discussed rather than assumed. Family obligations are treated as real commitments. Variable income is assessed across a representative period. Every conclusion states the evidence, assumptions and limitations behind it.

Values in practice

Independence: no referral fee from lenders, estate agents or bond originators influences the range.

Restraint: the largest available loan is not treated as the natural objective.

Confidentiality: sensitive records are requested only after written scope and through agreed secure transfer arrangements.

Clarity: clients receive plain-language findings they can carry into conversations with lenders and property professionals.
